In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for the purchase price, (less credit card fees) provided your item is returned in the same condition as when purchased. A restocking fee may apply. Buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping and packaging. Refund for purchase price minus original shipping and packaging costs will be issued to original payment source once returned item is received in original condition. If you wish to return an item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt and ship the item back to us, fully insured within 7 days.

Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require the House of Rose to refund the Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.
